How a load moves through the system

Book it
Enter the broker, MC number, route, equipment, schedule and rate. The reference number and rate per mile are generated for you.

Dispatch it
Assign a driver, drop the rate confirmation or BOL, and advance the status as the freight moves.

Mark the load paid. Commission accrues, expenses net against margin, and the journal entries are ready for review.
